I’m Souleiman Soulami, founder of SOULx. Before this, I worked at Meta managing key agency accounts across the BeNeLux. I saw campaigns that scaled more than tenfold—and campaigns that burned millions. I learned where most marketers fail, and what it takes to grow profitably.

2021-2023
Consulted top agency accounts in the BeNeLux Region, optimized ad performance, and learned what separates campaigns that scale from campaigns that waste money.
2. Scaling Agencies & Clients
2023-2025
Co-founded a lean performance marketing agency in Berlin. Tested the hypothesis that a data-driven approach could outperform established agencies — and proved it within the first month. Bootstrapped with just three people, we became profitable within a year and grew steadily month over month before founding SOULx.
3. SOULx Founded
2025-Present
SOULx was founded on one principle: startups and scale-ups can’t afford to lose money. Every campaign must lead to measurable results, every euro must be accountable, and every strategy tested. After years at Meta and scaling agencies ourselves, we know what works—and we scale only what delivers.
